Fr Neil A McGarrity - Parish Priest
My name is Fr Neil McGarrity, and I am the Parish Priest in St Bernard’s. I have been a priest for over 17 years and have worked in a variety of parishes both here and in the States. I love being a priest and try to be as welcoming and approachable as possible.
Our faith is supposed to be Good News ! I hope I can encourage and inspire people to live their faith with courage and confidence. What a gift it is to be able to work with so many great people in this area.
Our job today is really about building relationships and helping people find space for the spiritual in a world full of noise. People are busy. I want to help you find a space for peace in your often hectic schedule. We would like to invite you to take some time to pray and reflect. We meet every Sunday at 11.30am for Mass, and every Monday evening at 6.30 for Rosary, and 7pm for Mass.
If you have recently moved into the area, why not come along and join us for our Sunday Mass, or even just to introduce yourself. With your help we can make St Bernard’s a place that continues to grow and expand.
If I can help you with any spiritual matters, please do not be afraid to contact me.
